Terms of use
These terms cover how you use Talodabi Academy sites, courses, live classes, and lesson notes. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
1. Accounts and access
You must keep your login details private. Access to paid courses, live classes, and lesson notes depends on an active enrollment or entitlement. If access is revoked, refunded, expired, or disabled by an instructor, you lose the right to open that material.
2. Lesson notes licence
Lesson notes, teaching pages, briefs, and related class materials are licensed to you for personal learning while your enrollment is active. They are not sold as unrestricted files.
- You may read notes inside the Talodabi in-app reader while enrolled.
- You may not download, export, print, screenshot for redistribution, upload, sell, share, or publish notes outside Talodabi.
- You may not remove or obscure watermarks. Each licensed view may show your name, email, and a timestamp so a leaked copy can be traced to a single account.
- If notes appear online or with another person and your watermark is present, Talodabi may treat that as a breach of these terms and suspend or remove your account.
Technical controls (watermarks, blocked print, disabled selection) support this licence. They do not replace your duty not to redistribute.
3. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass enrollment checks, share accounts, scrape content, or disable protection features. Do not use Talodabi to harass others or break applicable law.
4. Refunds and expiry
When a refund is processed, an enrollment expires, or an instructor revokes access, your entitlement ends. Notes and classroom tools for that product become unavailable. Outstanding obligations under this licence (especially redistribution) continue.
