Design Orientation, Thinking & Business Context
01
Week 1 is about how to think. Before Figma, learn what product design is, how to spot real problems, and what you will build in this program.

12 weeksFigma craftPresent and defend
This is the core Talodabi product design track: clear thinking before Figma, visual UI you can defend, and presentations that hold up in critique.
You will work through twelve weeks from orientation and product context through research, process, evaluation, AI-assisted craft, and a capstone you present.
Nigerian product context is built in. Expect real constraints, not generic SaaS mock problems.
Frame a problem, pick a user, and decide what the product should do before you draw screens.
Build visual structure and Figma craft you can explain in critique, not only show.
Leave with work from the track you can walk stakeholders through end to end.
Know when to use AI, when to ignore it, and how to keep ownership of design decisions.
