Zainab, 31, feels overwhelmed after work. She downloads the app hoping for calm, then faces a wall of features. She does not know if she needs meditation, journaling, or a therapist chat. She may quit before day two.

Scope

In scope: welcome, goal questions (short), recommendation, first session entry.

Out of scope: clinical diagnosis, full therapy product, payments.
