# 00. Pre-sprint gate

Complete this **before** `01-idea-brief.md` and before opening Figma.

Time target: 15 minutes.
Done when every row has one specific answer.

## Gate worksheet

| Problem | What frustration happens weekly for your user? |
| User | Who exactly? Role, city, context. |
| Why now | What changed that makes this timely? |
| Why you | One edge: access, insight, or skill. |
| Assumption to test | One belief the prototype must prove or disprove. |
| Kill criterion | What result would make you pause or pivot? |

## Pass check

- [ ] No "everyone" or vague users
- [ ] Problem is a behavior, not a feature wish
- [ ] Assumption can be tested with a clickable prototype
- [ ] Kill criterion is honest (not "never pivot")

## If you fail the gate

Fix the idea scope. Do not start the 48-hour sprint yet.
